I noticed yeaterday that shield rechargers and shield energizers are both listing the 4% penalty to shield HP when equiped. I was checking enhanced lvl at the time. Not sure if all lvls are bugged.

Ill second this. Way more lag this build. Ive even had unplayable matches, though, this could be argued as frame rate drop as opposed to actual lag.

A guy I squad has this problem as well. He is trying to skill into vehicls and encounters the error with the nanocircuitry skill book and the piloting skill book as well. Jotun thanks for the info I will pass it on (he doesn't frequent the forums).

I received this msg as well. I tried deleting my save file first. When that didn't work I re-installed the game. No dice.
